Style Feature: Annemarie
Happy Monday! I am so happy that it is starting to feel like fall, it is definitely my favorite time of year.
Today's style feature is Annemarie of the fabulous blog: Brunch at Saks. When I first started reading blogs, Annemarie's was one of the first. I was immediately drawn in and continue to enjoy her lovely finds and tips. She is super stylish and has a great eye for finding beautiful things, as evidenced here...
1. marc jacobs polka dot scarf net-a-porter - I'd love to wear this Marc Jacobs scarf in the winter months ahead.
2. flash flats Kate Spade - These Kate Spade gold flash flats are my all-time favorite. I bought a pair last year and have worn them out, so back on my wish list they go.
3. the original flea: saddle bag Fleabags - I really love the Original Flea: Saddle bag. It's gorgeously designed and would be a great everyday bag.
4. large rectangle hanging capiz pendant West Elm - I've been coveting this capiz pendant from West Elm for a while. It compliments any decor theme beautifully.
5. hang in there mini glasses pendant Kate Spade - I can't get over how cute this mini glasses pendant is by Kate Spade.
6. turned-leg dhurrie ottoman West Elm - This dhurrie ottoman by West Elm is so much fun. I think it would be perfect in lieu of a coffee table.
7. 21st century girl business cards minted - Even though everything is on the internet these days, I'm still old fashioned about things like business cards. These are simple and fun - perfect for handing out at conferences or meetings.
Thanks Annemarie for sharing your finds with us, and those kate spade flats are making their way to my wish list as well.

Style Feature: Katelin
Today's feature is of my friend Katelin from the blog The Five to Nine. Katelin works with my husband and we met while living in Phoenix (both of us have since moved). She is a Texas girl and we both share a love for good food and all things Anthropologie. Not only is Katelin beautiful (she and her husband are quite the couple), she also has an amazing sense of style. I can constantly look to her for style inspiration. Here are some of her favorite items at the moment.
2. iced toddy Amazon - I’m saving tons of $$ by skipping my trip to the coffee shop and cold brewing my own coffee for a cool and tasty treat this summer.
3. park bench fedora Madewell - I can’t live without a hat this summer. Not only super chic, but also so functional to keep the sun’s rays off of my fair skin!
4. red adirondack chairs World Market - We just bought these for our backyard and are loving turning it into an outside oasis complete with a big bulb strand of lights hanging from the trees!
5. pintuck bedding West Elm - We received this bedding in ivory as a wedding gift last year. I love the neutral tones and how it's full of body and texture. It's so fun to swap out pillows and accessories by the season.
6. printed scarf JCrew - I’m on the plane all the time. I always pack a scarf that doubles as a blanket for the icy cold AC and a cute accessory when I step off the plane.
Thanks for sharing your favorite items Katelin!
1. idiom bangle Kate Spade - I’d
love to collect these in all different colors and stack them up my
wrist. I love the clever and subtle phrase engraved on the inside.
Kate is so witty!

Style Feature: Lauren
This is the start of a new series where I'll be featuring some of my stylish friends.
This is my good friend Lauren Casper. Lauren and I go way back; we are practically sisters. She is the sweetest and most likable girl I know. She is also one of the most talented graphic designers and did I mention she has amazing style. She just knows how to put it all together. I seriously love seeing what she wears. I asked Lauren to share a few of the things she loves.

1. ANYTHING STRIPED - I'm a total sucker for stripes. Along with
that, I love all things casual. Anytime I run across a striped, flowy
top, I have to get it! They are a staple piece in my wardrobe right now.
Not only do I love stripes, but any type of pattern. Mixing patterns,
such as stripes and florals, is also something I love to do. A challenge
I love is taking two items that are completely different, and making
them work together.
2. ANTIQUE GOLD NECKLACES - Luckily, these all have sentimental
meaning. The silhouette is a charm that my grandma had made for my mom
when she was a little girl. I lucked out with that piece! The other two,
the heart and shoe, were both found by my mom and given to me as a
gift. She knows how much I love gold and antiques, and she was able to
find these lovelies at various shops in Utah Valley. I wear these three
together every day. Antique pieces always add character to any outfit
and are surely a conversation starter.
3. GOLD SALTWATER SANDALS - They are the perfect summer sandal! They are so comfortable and easy to wear. I love the gold ones because you get the traditional feel of the saltwater sandals we all know and love, yet the color sets them apart and gives them more of a modern twist.
