Summer is here! When you live in Minneapolis, summer takes on a whole new meaning. The weather has been wonderful lately (despite a few rainstorms) and we were even able to get some cilantro from our garden this week. What are your plans this weekend? We are taking our kids to the zoo and I'm hoping to finish the book The Fault in Our Stars. I'm dying to see the movie. Have you seen it? Enjoy your weekend.

Happy friday friends! It finally feels like summer here and we have been outside nonstop. We also took little Lucas on his first bike ride and I can't get the image of his little smile out of my head. Tomorrow we are having a birthday party for Will's friends. We are taking them on a dinosaur scavenger hunt! Hope you have a nice and relaxing weekend.

Happy Friday friends. What are you up to this weekend? I'm finishing up the final designs for a few new patterns coming to my shop this summer (including this pineapple pattern). I can't wait to show you more. Will is back into swim lessons and after our trip to Mexico I can't believe how much he has already improved. Hope you have a lovely weekend.

Happy to be heading into the weekend. We are finally out of the single digit temps here. I think yesterday we hit 30! (kind of a big deal here). What are your plans this weekend? We are keeping it pretty low key and trying to recover from sickness we've all had this past week. I know things have been quite slow here the past few weeks. I've been busy working on new products for my shop and designing new patterns for my textiles. If only I could have a few more hours in the day:) Have a good weekend.

Today we discovered a new brunch place to eat in St. Paul. It was yummy! I'm excited to share more with you next week and about the new food series I'm working on for the blog. I'll also be adding a few new products to my shop.What are your plans this weekend? Tonight we are headed to a Korean BBQ place with karaoke, and I'm hoping I don't embarrass myself too bad.

We recently just returned from a trip to southern California where we spent a few days at Disney. The weather was amazing and it was a little hard to return home to 30 degree weather and SNOW already. I'll be sharing more photos from our trip next week.

This week Lucas turned 3 months old. It's crazy how fast time goes when you have a baby. What are you up to this weekend? We are heading to California on Sunday to spend some time at Disney. I'm excited because the last time we went Will was only 7 months old. He's going to love it! I still have a few posts scheduled next week.

I decided to take the past couple of weeks off and enjoy my new baby and to be honest I'm still trying to figure out how to juggle two kids instead of one:) I've also been busy working on a new business and new ideas for this blog. Hope you have a good weekend friends!
 

Weekend and On having another baby

This past week has been somewhat crazy knowing that next week our new baby is expecting to arrive. I've been trying to soak up as much time with my oldest knowing that it won't be only Will and me much longer, although I am excited for him to have a brother and know it won't be too long before they are buddies. Thanks for all your comments on what to name our baby, I think we have it narrowed down.

Taking Off and a Giveaway Winner

Tomorrow I will be making my way to St. Petersburg, Russia and Amsterdam for the week. I seriously cannot wait, and am looking forward to exploring both of these places. My husband arrived in Russia yesterday and after I drop my little one at my parent's house I will be joining him. Posting might be a little light next week, but I plan on updating via instagram and will have lots to share when I get back.

Yay for Friday! What are you up to this weekend? We are celebrating our 7 year anniversary (and father's day since they fall on the same day this year). Tonight we are getting together with friends and heading to a place called Yum! where they have the best fish tacos.
