Chambray Challenge: 10 Ways to Wear a Chambray Shirt

1969 lightweight real straight jeans in black Gap / bold red clutch Simply Audrey / madden girl getta pump DSW / L'Oreal Colour Riche Lipstick in British Red Target / stud black braid bracelet Bauble Bar

The chambray shirt is one of my favorite items right now and probably one of the most versatile pieces in my wardrobe. It goes with almost everything.

Because of this, I've decided to do a new series titled the "Chambray Challenge" where once a week for 10 weeks I will style the chambray shirt in a different way. Plus, couldn't we all use a few more ideas of ways to re-style things we already have? Hopefully, by the end, you will see that a chambray shirt is a great investment if you don't already have one (that is, if you aren't sick of it by then).

How do you style the chambray shirt?

If you are on the hunt for a chambray shirt, you can find some of my favorites here, here, here, here, and here.

what a great series! I just bought that exact chambray shirt, and this outfit is strikingly similar to the one I put together! Thanks for sharing.

The "chambray shirt" looks like a good ole' jean/denim shirt to me, and I am so out of the fashion loop that it actually surprised me that this is an "in" item. Been loving your blog, because it's an easy and quick read and keeps me in the know on stuff that I don't usually have a clue about. Just let me know when overalls hit the runways. :)

I just bought the chambray shirt from J.Crew Factory and to say I am obsessed is an under statement. Lask week I wore it with black leggings, ballet flats and layered jewlery. This week with bright red pants, a chunky belt and black mary janes. Cannot wait to see what you come up with for me to be inspired by!

I have the J.Crew Factory version like Jaime and am so in love with mine, too! I like all the combinations with pencil shirts that I'm seeing on blogs, and can't wait to do it for work.

Great series idea!
