DIY dotted art

As some of you know, I've been busy putting together a nursery for our baby that should be here in less then two weeks and I thought this would be an easy DIY project and something I could hang on one of the walls.

I found these sponge brushes at the craft store and the only other materials needed are black acrylic paint and a canvas.

After dipping the brush into the paint blot off the excess and then stamp away on the canvas. 

I made my dots pretty random and kept adding until it looked like I wanted it to. I also only used the one size of dot, but it would look with different sized dots as well.
